The futures contracts for U.S. stock indices rise ahead of the opening of the week's sessions.
Futures contracts for U.S. stock indexes rose significantly during early trading ahead of the first session of the week on Monday, with the following futures indexes recording the following levels:
- Futures contracts for the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by about 0.16%, stabilizing around 43,384.00 points.
- Futures contracts for the Nasdaq 100 rose by about 0.55%, recording 21,684.25 points.
- Futures contracts for the S&P 500 recorded an increase of approximately 0.32%, reaching 6,021.00 points.
It is worth mentioning that U.S. stocks closed last week's sessions with a strong increase across all benchmark indexes, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped by 498.02 points, closing at 42,840.26 points.
Additionally, the S&P 500 rose to 5,930.85 points, up by 1.09%, while the Nasdaq Composite increased by 0.85%, reaching 21,289.15 points.
