Saudi Exchange announces the date for the subscription of new shares for Salam Insurance Cooperative Company.
The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced on Monday the start date for the subscription phase of new shares of Salama Cooperative Insurance Company and the period for trading subscription rights. Tadawul stated that the subscription period will begin on Tuesday, December 17, and will end on the following Tuesday, December 24.
Additionally, Tadawul clarified that the subscription phase for the new shares of Salama Cooperative Insurance Company is set to continue until Sunday, December 29.
Salama Cooperative Insurance also clarified that the entitlement will be for shareholders who own shares by the end of trading on the day of the extraordinary general assembly meeting, and who are registered in the company's shareholder register at the Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the extraordinary general assembly meeting, which took place on December 11.
With the closing of the Saudi trading session on Monday, Salama Cooperative Insurance Company’s share (TADAWUL: 8050) recorded an increase of approximately 0.47%, closing transactions at the level of 17.20 Riyals.
