U.S. stocks begin today's session with a clear divergence.

The performance of U.S. stocks varied significantly following the opening session on Thursday, with the performance of the major indices as follows:

• The S&P 500 index rose clearly by about 0.29% to reach 6,066.82 points.
• The Nasdaq Composite index fell by about 0.45%, recording a level of 19,944.66 points.
• The Dow Jones Industrial Average remained close to the previous closing level at around 44,132.64 points.

It is worth noting that U.S. stocks closed the session yesterday, Wednesday, with a sharp divergence among all major indices, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped by 99 points, closing at 44,148.56 points.

Meanwhile, the S&P 500 index recorded a level of 6,084.19 points, with an increase of 0.82%, while the Nasdaq Composite index surged by 1.85%, reaching 21,763.98 points.
