Stability of futures contracts for US stock indices in pre-market trading.
Futures contracts for U.S. stock indices showed a clear stability during trading before the opening of Tuesday's session, recording the following levels:
- Futures contracts for the Dow Jones Industrial Average Dow Jones slightly decreased by about 0.02%, to approximately 44,469.00 points.
- Futures contracts for the Nasdaq Nasdaq 100 stabilized near the previous closing level at 21,484.50 points.
- Futures contracts for the Standard & Poor's S&P 500 recorded a level of 6,063.50 points, with a slight decrease of about 0.04%.
It is worth noting that U.S. stocks closed the end of last week's session on Friday with a collective decline for all benchmark indices, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped by 240.59 points, closing at 44,401.93 points.
The S&P 500 index closed trading near the level of 6,052.85 points, with an increase of 0.61%, while the Nasdaq Composite index decreased by 0.84%, recording 21,440.82 points.
