Saudi Exchange announces details of the listing and start of trading of the shares of the Digital Research Company.
On Monday, the Saudi Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced that it had added the subscribed securities of the Digital Research Company to the accounts of eligible shareholders, following the completion of a 5-day subscription period for the company's shares, which ended last Sunday.
In another statement today, Tadawul Saudi Arabia announced the listing and start of trading for the Digital Research Company's shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu-Parallel) starting next Wednesday, December 11, 2024, with trading symbol 9621 locally and international code SA165H9KMAH8.
Tadawul Saudi Arabia clarified that the daily price fluctuation limits allowed for the Digital Research Company's shares will be 30% above or below the listing price, with fixed price fluctuation limits of 10% up or down thereafter.
It is noteworthy that the initial public offering for the Digital Research Company included the offering of a total of 337,500 ordinary shares by selling 150,000 existing shares and issuing 187,500 new ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 10 Saudi Riyals as the offer price per share. The sold shares and the new shares represent 8.89% and 11.11% of the company's capital upon completion of the offering, respectively.
