In an official statement released on Wednesday evening, Tadawul Saudi Arabia announced the suspension of trading on the shares of Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology in order to complete the process of transferring the company's shares from the parallel market (Nomu-Parallel Market) to the main market (TASI). According to the statement issued by the Tadawul platform, trading on the shares of Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology is scheduled to be suspended starting Thursday, December 5, 2024, for a period not exceeding 5 trading sessions until the transition procedures are completed. At the same time, Tadawul clarified that it will announce the date for the listing and the start of trading on the shares of Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology on the main stock market index as soon as the transition procedures are completed.
