The total value of trades amounted to 7.0 billion riyals, with a trading volume of approximately 334 million shares.
Top Performers and Underperformers
In terms of stock performance, Faqih Medical Company, Nadec, Al Rajhi Takaful, Cooperative Insurance, and Suleiman Al Habib saw the most significant gains. On the other hand, stocks of Tamkeen, Misk, United International Holding, Rasen, and Al Bahah experienced the largest losses. The rate of change for these stocks ranged from an increase of 9.98% to a decline of 3.45% during the session.
Parallel Stock Exchange (Nomu) Performance
Similarly, the Parallel Stock Exchange Index (Nomu) also saw a positive movement on Wednesday, rising by 265.71 points, or 0.88%, to settle at 30,623.13 points. The trading volume on Nomu was about 100 million riyals, with around 8.5 million shares traded throughout the session.
