Amanat Holdings, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, is reportedly preparing to offer 30% of its education sector shares on the Riyadh market next year, according to informed sources cited by Reuters. The company has enlisted Al Ahli Capital as the lead manager for the anticipated initial public offering (IPO).

The listing is expected to take place in the first half of 2025, with Amanat considering the appointment of additional advisers as the process progresses. One of the sources estimated that the IPO could generate approximately $300 million, marking a significant step for the company in the Saudi market.

This move aligns with Amanat's strategic plans, as announced in July 2024, to advance its public offering initiative for the education sector. Amanat Holdings, which also manages investments in the healthcare sector, continues to diversify its portfolio and expand its market presence in the region.
