Saudi Arabia sets the date for the start of trading shares of Tamkeen Company
The Saudi Stock Market (Tadawul) announced today (Tuesday) that the shares of Tamkeen Human Resources Company will be listed, and trading will commence in the main market index, TASI, starting Wednesday, November 27th.
Tadawul further clarified that during the first three days of listing, the daily price fluctuation limits will be set at +/- 30%, with fixed price fluctuation limits applied at +/- 10%. This measure will ensure greater market stability during the initial trading period.
Additionally, Tadawul confirmed that these fluctuation limits will only apply during the first three days of trading. Starting from the fourth trading day, the daily price fluctuation limits will reset to +/- 10%, and the fixed price fluctuation limits will be lifted.
It is important to note that Tamkeen Human Resources Company had previously announced the offering of approximately 7.95 million shares, representing 30% of the company's total capital. Of these, 80% were allocated to participating entities, while 20% were reserved for individual investors. The offering was met with strong demand, as the shares offered to individuals were oversubscribed by approximately 14.43 times. The institutional investor tranche saw remarkable interest, with demand totaling 55 billion riyals, resulting in a coverage ratio of approximately 138.2 times.
