Saudi Stocks: TASI declines but records weekly profits, and Nomu hits a new historical peak.

The Saudi Stock Exchange index closed with a marginal decline at the end of trading on Thursday, with the general index (TASI) finishing the session down by approximately 27.40 points at 11,840.52 points. Nevertheless, it managed to achieve weekly gains of around 50 points. The trading volume today was about 691.4 million shares, valued at approximately 5.3 billion Saudi Riyals, executed through 447.2 thousand transactions. Regarding today's trading in Saudi stocks, shares of Al-Bahah, Saudi Re, Chemical, Medgulf Insurance, and Fibco were the top gainers during the transactions. In contrast, the stocks of Saudi Cables, T'Chib, Nesij, Tabuk Cement, and Yansab were the most declining, with the rise and fall rates ranging between 2.32% and 10.00% in the Saudi stock market. Additionally, the index for the parallel market (Nomu-Parallel Market) closed today with an increase of about 681.17 points to reach 30,540.28 points, marking the highest level ever recorded for the index. The trading volume amounted to 148.2 million Saudi Riyals, with approximately 17.4 million shares traded in the parallel stock market through 8,777 transactions. As for the performance of companies in the Saudi stock indices today, the TASI main index saw 98 companies advance at the close, while 131 companies declined. At the same time, the index for the parallel stock market recorded an increase in 63 companies and a decrease in 23 companies during the trading session, up to the close of the session.
