Decline in futures contracts for U.S. stock indices ahead of the market opening.
U.S. stock index futures fell during pre-opening trading on Friday, recording the following levels:
- The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures lost approximately 200.00 points, reaching around 43,701.00 points.
- The Nasdaq 100 futures declined by 188.50 points, to the level of 20,823.25 points.
- The S&P 500 futures rose by about 0.65% to reach 5,939.50 points.
It is worth noting that U.S. stocks closed yesterday, Thursday, with a strong decline across all major indices, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 207.33 points, closing at 43,750.86 points.
Additionally, the S&P 500 recorded a level of 5,949.17 points, with a decline of 0.61%, while the Nasdaq Composite fell by 0.66% to record 20,896.67 points.
