The general index (TASI) ended the session down by about 117.22 points at a level of 11,930.45 points. Over the past week, the trading volume today reached approximately 365.7 million shares valued at around 5.5 billion Saudi Riyals, conducted through 479.9 thousand transactions.
Regarding today's trading in Saudi stocks, shares of Burge Risers, Saudi Cables, Gulf Training, Buwan, and Misk saw the highest increases during the transactions, while shares of Eastern Development Company, Budget Saudi Arabia, Care, Tadawul Group, and Al-Baha experienced the most declines. The range of increases and decreases varied between 3.03% and 10% in the Saudi stock market transactions.
Additionally, the index for the Saudi parallel market (Nomu) closed today up by about 95.12 points to a level of 29,205.53 points, with the trading volume reaching 55.3 million Saudi Riyals. The trading volume of stocks within the Saudi parallel stock market amounted to about 4.1 million shares, executed through 6,524 transactions.
As for the performance of companies in the Saudi stock indices today, the main TASI index saw an increase in the shares of 52 companies at the close, while the shares of 178 companies declined. At the same time, the index for the Saudi parallel market witnessed an increase in the shares of 26 companies and a decline in the shares of 50 companies during the transactions, up until the close of the session.
