Shares of the Trump Media & Technology Group recorded a strong rise during pre-market trading on Wednesday, up about 40% after most American media announced Donald Trump's victory in the 2024 presidential election, making Trump the 47th president of the United States.

In pre-market trading, Trump Media’s stock (NasdaqGM: DJT) soared by approximately 38.13% or $12.94, trading near the $46.88 level, which is the stock's highest level in the past five sessions.

Republican candidate Donald Trump announced this morning his victory in the 2024 presidential race and described his win in the American elections as a "historic achievement."
