Saudi Aramco approves quarterly and annual dividends of approximately $31.05 billion.

Saudi Aramco has decided to distribute core dividends to the company's shareholders for the third quarterly period of this year, in line with Aramco's dividend distribution policy aimed at providing sustainable and increasing profits.

In a statement issued to the Saudi stock market (Tadawul) on Tuesday, Aramco announced the sixth distribution of performance-linked dividends to the company's shareholders based on the full annual results for the years 2022 and 2023.

According to the statement, the number of shares entitled to dividends is 241,848,822,170 shares, with a total distributed amount of 116.45 billion riyals (approximately 31.05 billion dollars), which includes the following:

• Core dividends worth 76.06 billion riyals (about 20.28 billion dollars).
• Performance-linked dividends estimated at 40.39 billion riyals (approximately 10.77 billion dollars).

Thus, the share of each stock in dividends is 0.4815 riyals, with the entitlement date on November 14, and the dividend distribution date on November 26.

The entitlement will be for shareholders who own shares on the entitlement date, registered in Aramco's shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center (Eda) at the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date.
