The futures contracts for American stock indices decline ahead of the opening of the week’s sessions.

Futures for U.S. stock indices declined in pre-opening trades on Monday, with the following levels recorded for the benchmark futures:

• Dow Jones Industrial Average futures settled near the level of approximately 43,426.00 points, showing a decline of about 92 points.
• Nasdaq 100 futures settled near the level of 20,367.50 points, with a decrease of 0.57%.
• S&P 500 futures fell by 0.31% to record 5,887.75 points.

It should be noted that U.S. stocks closed the previous week's session on Friday with an increase for all benchmark indices, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose marginally by about 0.09% to reach 43,275.91 points.

The S&P 500 index settled at 5,864.67 points, rising by approximately 0.40%, while the Nasdaq Composite Index increased by 133.62 points, hitting 20,324.04 points.
