Apple's sales of its latest release – the iPhone 16 – in China recorded a 20% increase during the first three weeks of its launch in the People's Republic compared to the 2023 model. The iPhone 16 was first introduced last September and has surpassed the previous iPhone version, according to data reviewed by Bloomberg News, as consumers continue to shift towards higher-priced models. Earlier, some documents showed that Apple relied on chips designed by Google instead of Nvidia to build two key components of its artificial intelligence software infrastructure for the upcoming AI toolkit and features. Apple's decision to rely on Google's cloud infrastructure is noteworthy, considering that Nvidia produces the most popular AI processors, including those used by Google, Amazon, and other cloud computing companies (Nvidia controls nearly 80% of the market).
