Futures contracts for U.S. stock indices rose during pre-opening trading on Friday, with the following levels recorded for the futures contracts of key indices:
- Futures contracts for the Dow Jones Industrial Average settled near the previous session's closing level at approximately 43,513.00 points.
- Futures contracts for the Nasdaq settled near the level of 20,436.75 points, with an increase of 0.34%.
- Futures contracts for the S&P 500 rose by about 0.14% to record 5,895.50 points.
It is noteworthy that U.S. stocks closed yesterday, Thursday, with a mixed performance across all key indices, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 161.35 points by the end of the session to the level of 43,239.05 points.
By the end of yesterday's session, the S&P 500 index remained at its previous closing level near 5,841.47 points, while the Nasdaq Composite rose slightly by 0.08%, recording 20,190.43 points.
