Tam Development's Stock Declines Over 3%

Tam Development Company's stock experienced a decline of more than 3% following the announcement of the results from its ordinary general assembly meeting, which took place on the evening of Sunday, October 20, 2024, at the company's headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting was conducted using modern technology through the "Tadawulati" service, having successfully met the legal quorum for its proceedings.

In its announcement on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website, the company revealed that the voting results on the assembly's agenda included the approval of the election of board members for the upcoming term, which is set to begin on October 30, 2024, and will last until October 29, 2028.

During market trading, shares of Tam Development Company (TADAWUL: 9570) saw a decrease of 3.17%, which equates to a decline of 6.80 SAR per share, with the stock trading around 208.00 SAR per share on the Saudi stock exchange.
