U.S. President-elect Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that the United States received foreign investments worth $20 billion in American data centers from Damac Properties, a UAE company led by billionaire Hussain Sajwani, who is a close business partner of the Trump family.

This massive investment demonstrates Trump's ability to attract large foreign projects and investments, following the larger investment commitment of $100 billion made by Japanese investor Masayoshi Son.

Sajwani's investment in American data centers is expected to support the growth of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrencies, and while this investment fuels a broader boom in data centers in the United States, it also highlights the potential profits for investors linked to Trump.

It is worth noting that Damac, one of the largest real estate development companies in the UAE, has previously participated in several other projects with Trump, including the Trump International Golf Club, and Sajwani acknowledged that Trump's election helped elevate his company's status, despite some previous deals related to Trump failing.

It is also noted that the Trump Organization is involved in several other projects with Saudi Arabia-backed Dar Global, including golf courses in Oman and Saudi Arabia.
