Saudi Arabia raises oil prices for buyers in Asia for February 2025
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has decided to raise crude oil prices directed to buyers in Asia for the upcoming month of February, setting the official selling price for its Arab Light crude at an increase of $1.50 per barrel above the average of Oman/Dubai crude prices.
According to a document reviewed by Reuters, the official selling price for January was set at a premium of $0.90 per barrel, reflecting the increase that will be recorded next month.
It is worth noting that this increase is part of the monthly oil pricing policy adopted by the Kingdom, which significantly impacts global oil market trends, particularly in Asia, which represents the largest market for Saudi oil exports.
