Most European stock indexes rose at closing.
European stock markets concluded their trading today with a notable divergence in performance, as the Stoxx 600 index rose by 0.6%, finishing the session in positive territory, supported by significant gains in several major exchanges.
The German DAX index recorded the highest increase among European indices, rising by 1.0%, reflecting the strong performance of German stocks. On the other hand, the French CAC index gained 0.7% by the end of the session, indicating a significant improvement in the performance of French companies.
In contrast, the British FTSE 100 index maintained its stability, closing with little change, suggesting a state of caution in the British markets.
The Italian FTSE MIB index saw a slight increase of 0.4% at the close, while the Spanish IBEX index was the least profitable among European stock indices at closing, rising by only 0.3%.
